Who we are: Urlaub an der Ostsee GmbH makes sure our guests have a really good time. And that's exactly where you come in: you're often the first impression – and that's the one that sticks. For this position we're looking for support at our anchor point in Timmendorfer Strand.

Your mission (should you choose to accept it):

• Welcoming and looking after our guests (with a smile no one can miss)
• Check-in & check-out – fast, friendly, and without drama
• Managing phone calls, emails & spontaneous "I've got a quick question" moments
• Solving small problems before they become big ones
• Working with our team – because going solo is only half the fun

What you should bring:

• Friendliness that isn't put on
• Organizational talent (chaos is not an option)
• A genuine enjoyment of working with people
• Basic computer skills (you don't need to be an IT pro – but mouse and keyboard should be friends)
• Confident German, English a plus
• A sense of humor – because it's simply part of who we are

• 40 hours / 5 days OR 32 hours / 4 days – you decide
