We're a passionate team from the region, dedicated to making your Baltic Sea vacation unforgettable. With heart, expertise, and personal service.
About 40 years ago, an enterprising family from Schleswig-Holstein founded "Ferienhausvermietung Hoff". Since early 2020, the company has carried the new name "Urlaub an der Ostsee GmbH", or Urlando for short.
The rental and management of premium holiday properties is at the heart of what we do. A particular focus is the full-service management of complete holiday resorts along the Baltic Sea coast.
Today, more than 90 employees manage over 1,100 holiday properties from eight local offices along the Baltic Sea coast.

Optimal service and high-quality standards have always been very important to us.
Our highly motivated team is there every day for the needs of guests and property owners. We ensure premium standards in all our offerings.
We live this internally too: We see ourselves as a fair employer. Supporting and developing our employees is close to our hearts.
We're converting our entire vehicle fleet to electric and use only biodegradable cleaning products.
We also ensure that our partners and suppliers operate sustainably.
One team, one mission: your perfect vacation. Meet some of the faces behind Urlando.
